This release addresses a few issues related to the boundary clock features.

New Features
No new features are introduced in this release.

Bug Fixes
Custom boundary clock profile settings were not being stored correctly. This has now been fixed, and the
sync interval parameter is now reboot-persistent.
The units for the sync receipt timeout and announce receipt timeout parameters in custom boundary
clock profiles were previously incorrect. This has now been corrected.
